Title: Roustabout Foreman
Location: Williston, ND
The Oilfield Construction Foreman is responsible for construction of and maintenance to various facilities including but not limited to tank batteries, water disposal sites, treaters, flares, flow lines, VRUs and pumping units. The Roustabout Foreman works under minimal supervision and is responsible for leading an assigned crew. Must have or be able to obtain a valid Class A Driver’s License. 2-5 years applicable experience required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Delegates duties to crew and gives guidance when needed
Performs and directs all duties in accordance with OSHA and other applicable requirements
Works together with co-workers and managers to solve work-related issues
Performs the same work duties as the crew assigned to and may perform tasks of higher difficulty or tasks that require additional skill
Supervises jobs from beginning to end, including final clean-up of job site and removal of equipment
May coordinate delivery of equipment and material to well-sites
Values quality workmanship performed in the safest possible manner
Prepares and submits accurate job related paperwork in a timely manner
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2-5 years applicable field experience
Required to have a valid Class A Driver’s License
Must have excellent organizational skills
Required to use email, texting and phone calling for communications with managers, co-workers and other business contacts
Required to work from ladders or raised platforms
Required to handle objects over 50 pounds through most of the day
Required to pass a Fit Test and may have to perform duties under mask
Required to be exposed to physical environment including dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements most of the work day
Ensures when on job sites and traveling to and from job sites that all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures for company, client and government are followed
Will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing

Location: Williston, ND
Works under direct supervision as part of a crew. Responsible for construction of and maintenance to various facilities including but not limited to tank batteries, water disposal sites, treaters, flares, flow lines, VRUs and pumping units. Starting wage dependent on relevant roustabout work experience. Experience preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lift and move materials greater than 50 lbs.
Uses hand tools in accordance with work requirements
Performs general groundwork and performs cleanup around well-site
Performs all duties in accordance with OSHA and other applicable requirements
Works together with supervisor and co-workers to solve work-related issues
Values quality workmanship performed in the safest possible manner
Prepares and submits accurate job related paperwork in a timely manner
